Thanks to the new Map View, dispatching and logistics teams can easily monitor all the live and planned orders in a dynamic and interactive map updated with real-time data.
📍Live Driver Locations: Track the real-time location of all active drivers and the last registered location of drivers that recently went offline
🚚 Route Tracking: Watch as orders move along their planned routes in real-time, ensuring deliveries are on track and efficient.
🔍 Smart Filtering: Filter by various factors such as delivery status, driver name, and zone, focus on the most critical orders and find the most suitable driver for manual assignment.
At Kosmo, we understand that every delivery operation is unique, and flexibility is key to success. That's why we're excited to introduce the "Custom Reassign Rule". This new feature empowers you to create your own re-dispatching logics, tailored to your specific needs.
🚚 Define Fleet Priority: Set the order in which you want your fleets or third-party fleets to receive delivery orders.
⏳ Reassign time: Determine the maximum time you're willing to wait for drivers from a particular fleet to accept an order before reassigning it to the next fleet.
🚀 Maximize Efficiency: This feature saves you valuable time and effort that would otherwise be spent on manual reassignments. Streamline your operations and maximize your on-time delivery rate.
Now, you can easily connect with your drivers via WhatsApp directly from Kosmo “Active Orders” dashboard. Just click on the chat icon and start chatting with your drivers or answer their questions. This new feature further simplifies logistics’ teams and dispatchers’ jobs for more efficient operations.

❌ Failure reasons and 🔁 Return task
Now, when drivers can’t successfully complete a delivery, they can simply click "Failed" and provide details on the failure reason, which will automatically create "return" task which will prompt the driver to bring the order back to the pickup location 🚚🔙
These features empower our teams with logistics insights and enable data-driven actions for lower failure rates, while granting drivers more autonomy in handling returns. Smoother operations for all 🚀
